Coaching with Grace
My mission is to help creatives clarify and harness their authentic voice to find greater joy, success, and ease in performance.
My story all started when I was 18 years old. My anxiety came knocking in the form of obsessive thoughts right as my college auditions were on the horizon. I pushed through but found myself in survival mode at every performance–unsure of what would happen, constantly doubting myself, and ultimately experiencing extreme duress and physical discomfort. Sometimes it went okay, but I knew–I just KNEW–that there was a better way towards self-expression.
My work
20 years later, as a major American ensemble harpist who has won (and lost!) countless auditions, I’m here to share everything I learned–and unlearned–on the path to self-expression. Now a certified yoga teacher and Chopra well-being coach, I’ve harnessed my struggles with anxiety and self-esteem as opportunities to develop an approach to optimal performance that starts from the INSIDE out. Grounded in positive psychology, emotional regulation, and co-active coaching, our work together will form a safe & supported container for ongoing transformation, sustainable resources, and fun-loving accountability.
“[Grace is] making such an important and positive difference for not only the harp community, but many others who need a new approach to improving their performance - musicians as well as those interested in continuous self-improvement....”
